This mod requires the following mods to function
BepInEx-BepInExPack_PEAK

NoStaticMaster
This mod disables the static effect (black distortion) if the Scout Master is near. By default only the person being targeted by the Scout Master will see the static effect.
Features
- Disables static effect for all players when the Scout Master is nearby.
