Shrinker Upgrade
Description
This is a mod that is inspired by Shrinker Cart but allows adjustment through config.
I make this for better balance by limit the smallest size items can be.
Future Update
I'm planning to add a Upgrade for this mod.
For now, it functions as everyone has fully upgrade there self.

- Non-Valuable will not be shrunk now.
- Object will now grow back to their original size outside that cart. (configurable)
- Larger object now take longer to shrink to the target volume.
New Config
- MinShrinkScale
- The Minimum Scale of an object allowed to be shrunk.
- default to 0.
- DoGrowBack
- Whether a shrunk object will trun back to the original size outside a cart.
- default to ture.
- ShrinkSpeed
- The Speed that items Shrink (or Grow).
- The growing speed is always 0.75x of the shirnking speed.
- default to 1.
Change 0.0.1
- Change the icon.png to the right one
- Move the .dll file to the plugins folder
