What is this mod?
This mod is so the Rugrat doesn't pick up the Surplus-Moneybags and nothing more.
WHY!?
Because it was infuriating to play against 2 Rugrats tossing the Moneybag like they were playing volleyball and bringing down our profits like Trump is bringing down the economy.
