MonsterCosmetics

Wear the monsters of R.E.P.O. as cosmetics! This pack carves hats, faces, bodywear, shoes and full body meshes straight out of the game's own enemy models and drops them into the vanilla cosmetics menu — almost 70 cosmetics from 22 different monsters.


What's included

Every piece shows up in the vanilla cosmetics shop and is equipped like any other R.E.P.O. cosmetic — mix monster parts together or combine them with vanilla items and other cosmetic mods.

Reactive behaviours & physics

Some cosmetics do more than just sit there:

  • Bomb & dynamite (Bang) — gently pulse, growing and shrinking in place.
  • Balloon (Birthday Boy) — takes damage as you get hit, pops with a sound once it takes enough, then re-inflates after a short delay. Pops stay in sync across players in multiplayer.
  • Balloon (Birthday Boy) — now you can choose the balloon's color in the config (using the other ingame colors or a custom color).
  • Spring (jiggle) physics — dangly pieces sway and bounce with your movement instead of staying rigid.

Installation

  1. Install with Thunderstore Mod Manager or r2modman — dependencies are resolved automatically.
  2. Launch the game. The cosmetics appear in the in-game cosmetics menu.

Manual install: extract into BepInEx/plugins/ and make sure REPOLib is installed.

Added — reactive behaviours & spring physics

  • Bomb & dynamite pulse: Bang's bomb (bodywear top) and dynamite (body bottom) now "breathe", smoothly growing and shrinking in place. Configurable speed and strength.
  • Popping balloon: Birthday Boy's balloon (bodywear top) takes damage as you get hit — once it reaches enough hits or accumulated damage it pops with a sound, then re-inflates after a short delay. Pops stay in sync across players in multiplayer. Hits-to-pop, damage-to-pop, respawn and re-inflate times are all configurable.
  • Spring (jiggle) physics: added spring/jiggle physics to dangly cosmetics across many monsters, so they sway and bounce with your movement.
