You must open your game at least once with the mod installed for the config file to get generated.
You can locate the config file at this path:
BepInEx\config\soundpack.NoAmbience.cfg
Mod managers can use the config editor

Options
Breaker - Random ambience sounds that play abruptly. (screams, chains rattling, etc)
Loop - Main ambience sounds that play constantly. (inside/outside, winds, brown noise, etc)
Level Music - Map specific ambience music
Scare sighting - Plays when an enemy is spotted.
Enemy Near - Sounds that play after the final extraction when an enemy is nearby.
