修复一个罕见的多人延迟进出房间导致的报错问题
Fixed a rare error caused by players joining/leaving rooms with latency in multiplayer.

重构了代码，多加了个保险防止补丁再现原模组不生成怪物的问题XD(虽然这个问题尚未发生)
现在不会在非关卡界面生成玩家标点了
Refactored the code and added an extra safeguard to prevent the mod from failing to spawn monsters again after applying the patch(Though this issue hasn't occurred yet)
Player markers will no longer be generated outside level scenes.
