6ixLabs Sunset District
Settle into a sunset session on a coastal hillside built for flow. Link together concrete transitions, wooden sections, rails, ledges and smooth landings—or find your own lines along the way.
Includes the complete park, surrounding coastal scenery, a custom map guide, and Top Park and Mid Park fast-travel points.
Install through ReSkate’s Mod Hub, then select 6ixLabs Sunset District V2 under Custom Maps. No separate Park Mods layout is required.

- Custom welcome artwork, 6ixLabs ledge graphics and lengthwise SUNSET DISTRICT lettering.
- A salmon-red music poster with a working QR code, plus worn BLINKER CHECKPOINT, YART TIME and stacked CART REFILL paint.
- Custom photo displays and a detailed basketball-character statue replacing the balloons.
- Refined artwork placement and sizing while retaining the park’s route, landing shapes and grind paths.
