Adds a stage meant for debugging and testing. Recommended to be used with mods like Console Extensions and More Console Commands.

By default this mod comes with a console command (hit the tilde key to open console) 'debug' that takes you to the stage. Typing in "true" or anything afterwards takes you to a variant of the stage with water.
