IF YOU HAVE EPILEPSY/ARE PRONE TO EPILEPTIC SEIZURES but still want this mod for the sound:
Starting opacity of the flashes are configurable via ingame modoptions (0% disables the image)
On taking heavy damage or damage at low hp, flashes an Image on screen and plays a Sound
technically a better lowhp indicator than vanilla lol
