README

Voltaic Mitt now also spawns 3 chain lightning surges that each deal 80% damage (3x80% damage, +30% per stack) whenever you use an interactable. May update mod in the future to have lightning stun if possible and also properly replace description if I can figure that out.

Completely reworked the additional effect, now stuns enemies for 50% (+30%) dmg.
Voltaic Mitt is now solely a Utility item. Damage pool no longer has mid in it !
Language is actually changed now, new effects are stated in ingame descriptions.
