Reworks some macro to be less time consuming

Sale Star
- Can be used to reopen chests instead
- Total items gained is identical to vanilla
- Adaptive Chests are no longer sale star compatible
- can be turned off in the settings
Executive Card
- While held reopen all (not opened) multishops
- Can be turned off in the settings
