Better Sentry Keys
Changes Sentry Keys so that they'll always drop from collective elites in Conduit Canyon. Also has configurable options for sentry keys providing a stacking bonus to movement speed, and for Conduit Canyon combat shrines being infinitely reusable (both are disabled by default).
