Less Guaranteed Crits
Makes critical hits no longer guaranteed. Once your critical hit chance goes past 75% (configurable), any further crit chance decreases hyperbolically to prevent it from reaching 100%. This also acts as an indirect buff to Ocular HUD, as it's now the only way to get fully guaranteed crits.
