Adds a Raiden skin to Risk of Rain 2. Also replaces the katana with Raiden's HF Blade.
Skin for Mercenary.
Mesh is incorrectly connected between the thighs on the loadout screen, but looks fine in game. Not taking suggestions.
1.0.1 fixed the connection between the thighs.
1.0.2 scaled model down to show boots, spread legs farther for all animations
