Solus Enemies Tweaks

It should go without saying, you need the Alloyed Collective DLC for this mod!

A simple mod for toning down the DLC3 enemies in a vanilla manner.

The Alloyed Collective DLC injected a lot of fun elements into the game that the previous failed at launch, but even after the update following release, there remains issues for Gearbox to take care of, and notably here is the overtuned nature of the Solus enemies. They are engaging enemies in terms of behavior, but it's clear that like the DLC2 bunch, these tend to become aggravating to deal with, at least I tend to on Eclipse 8.

The aim of this is to even out the presence and impact of some of these enemies. Scorchers are much less spammable and tanky, and will still act as a worthwhile target in the horde with its area-denial nature. Distributors now will teleport farther out from you, acting discreetly to send out bomblets rather than helldiving directly in your path. The bomblets should therefore be more plentiful this way, but are much easier to deal with, and incentivize players to seek out their host. The rest of the cast are given similar stat tweaks but are not quite as offensive as the former two, so they are all adjusted accordingly.
