Current Functionality
- Only lets you activate the portal if all mountain shrines have been activated.
Possible Future Additions
- Add messages to people trying to active the portal before all mountain shrines
- Add messages to show the amount of mountains shrines in the map
- Add a scanner to the portal to find the remaining mountain shrines
- Add an on screen counter for the mountain shrines
