LoadoutEnigma
Adds a variant of Artifact of Enigma for character abilities. Current ability changes every time they're activated.
Includes 2 modes:
- Regular:
- Start with random abilities that changes every time they're activated.
- Single:
- All abilities are disabled except for one, and the available ability changes every time it's activated.
