FairerScavs
Adds some config options to make scavengers a bit more fair to fight, namely for their item grab skill and being able to see their inventory (thanks to ShowBossInventory). If you have the option to make all scavengers be considered boss spawns, there's also an option to make armor piercing rounds damage bonus not apply to them.
