ConfigurablePerPlayerScaling
This is a standalone version of RiskyMod's setting that lowers the effect of player count on the difficulty, more specifically on the time scaling. There's also a setting here to let this mods change happen only when the player count is high enough, so you could have this mod take effect only when it's 3+ players. This also supports RiskyMod's own linear scaling setting
