Lets you pick the item that Artifact of Rebirth gives you, in the lobby!
Not really required, but you need to use ScrollableLobbyUI lol
Check configs for illegal rebirth options >:3

- Move selection menu to after difficulty
- Actually comprehend the rebirth rules
- Unlock items as permenant options by rebirthing them once :3
