LoaderHealthNerf
Reduces Loader's health and armor to be the standard values used for medium survivors.
Mod is server-side, but clients without the mod will always see themself as having missing health.
Stat Changes

Health: 160 (+48) -> 110 (+33)

Armor: 20 -> 0
Config allows Health, Armor, and Regen to be modified.
