Dot Particle Fix
Specifically with Parents, DoT effects are insanely large. This mod fixes that. Specifically for Burn, Blight, StrongerBurn, Helfire, and Poison.
Technical Stuff: Removes the NormalizeParticleScale component from vanilla effects.
