Makes some changes so loops are more challenging.

Monster level cap increased to 9999
Interactable spawns are halved on first loop then divided by 1 + loop count (configurable)
After stage 5, scaling is increased by 5% per stage. (configurable) (difficulty scaling + (scaling value * (stages cleared - 5)))
