LaIncubadabra Revived

This mod re-tiers Ancestral Incubator and WarCryOnCombat to Green and Red (while also giving WarCryOnCombat proper name and description).

Return Reaper's Remorse as a findable Equipment. Return Orbital Laser as a findable Equipment. Return TempestOnKill as a findable item. EVENTUALLY Echo and Frenzied Elites...

They wont be coming back as this mod is supposed to only bring back 1 item in total so, maybe someday!
