Adds Billy Kid from Zenless Zone Zero as a skin for the Commando.

Billy's full body replaces the Commando and follows all of his animations.
Coat, collar and belt chains have their own physics.
Billy's two revolvers replace the Commando's pistols, and muzzle flashes come out of them.
The barrels glow red-hot when he shoots, then cool down.
Item displays are hidden on Billy so they do not float around him.
Billy's portrait replaces the Commando's in the scoreboard, ally cards and end of run report.

Select the skin in the Commando's loadout (Skins tab).
