How to INSTALL
- Download RyanSkinApi
- Put the mod's .dll file in BepInEx\plugins
- Launch Risk of Rain
- Close Risk of Rain
- extract the ying folder from the zip to BepInEx/skins/ it should be installed the next time you launch.
