Summary
Adds the white, green, red and yellow quality printers to the BazaarIsMyHaven printer pool & adds a Scrap Scrapper.
The printers each cost 3x the credits and weigh 4x less then their non-quality counterparts. I wanted to keep Quality's intention of making every run unique while still adding haven functionality. Making the printers elusive in the bazaar was one way to maintain that. (Configurable)
