Unlock all kinds of unlockables by right-clicking them in your Logbook. Right-click again to relock.
WARNING: unlocking a vanilla achievement that you don't have unlocked on external platforms (e.g. Steam, Epic Games) WILL unlock that achievement on the external platforms. Relocking it in the game WILL NOT relock it on the external platforms.
