Adds a short delay between boss drops to prevent lagspikes/crashing at large drop counts. Updated for Hallowed Concepts.

- Rewritten to wrap the game's own reward code instead of patching its IL, so it no longer breaks when the game updates.
- Items drop sequentially around the teleporter at equal angles, and the boss-item chance / guaranteed boss drops work as in the base game.
- Remaining items are discarded if the stage changes mid-drop.
- Adds a mod icon and description to the Risk of Options menu.
- Config entries and Risk of Options sliders are unchanged from the original mod.
