How to INSTALL
- Download RyanSkinApi
- Put the mod's .dll file in BepInEx/plugins
- Launch Risk of Rain
- Close Risk of Rain
- Download the file, and extract from the zip to BepInEx/Plugins/DefaultSkin/Plugins it should be installed the next time you launch.
