LunarConstructor
The Lunar Constructor takes your highest tier scrap and gives you the item it's displaying!
But beware, the Lunar Constructor has the chance to create Unstable Creations directly in your inventory... (10% chance)
By default, 50% of Unstable Creations will be Temporary items, taking the form of the displayed item.
25% of Unstable Creations will be a random Lunar item.
20% of Unstable Creations will be a random Hex item.
5% of Unstable Creations will be a random Void item of the same tier as your scrap.
0.5% of Unstable Creations will be nothing.

Extra Info
- The weights ARE entitlement checked, so if the DLC isn't active during a run, the weights will change.
