DIO from Stardust Crusaders, with The World. Stop time, throw knives, and drop a road roller on the boss.

Skills

	Skill	Description
	The World Passive	The World's attacks spend its stand meter. While it's out, it takes half the damage aimed at DIO. If the meter runs dry, the stand breaks.
	The World Primary	Agile. Lock on to an enemy within 15m. The World dashes in and punches for 260% damage. Without his stand, DIO strikes for 120% damage.
	Knife Throw Secondary	Throw 3 knives for 160% damage each. In stopped time they hang in the air until time moves again.
	Time Skip Utility	Stop time for an instant and dash 24m. The World hits everything in your path for 400% damage and stuns.
	MUDA MUDA MUDA Special	The World hits the locked-on enemy 12 times for 70% damage, then once more for 500% damage.
	Blood Drain Stand Special (G)	Grab an enemy and drink its blood for 6x120% damage, healing for 50% of it and refilling the stand meter. Then throw it away for 500% damage.
	Road Roller Heat Attack (T)	On a boss: stop time and crush it under a road roller for up to 7440% damage. Otherwise: appear behind the enemy, jab 3 times for 300% damage, then punch through it for 2100% damage. Costs 40 stand meter.
	THE WORLD Ultimate (X)	Stop time for 5 seconds. Enemies and their projectiles freeze while you keep moving. Bosses stop for half as long. Costs 50 stand meter.

Alternates

	Skill	Description
	Vampire Strikes Primary	Agile. Claw for 240% damage, healing for 12% of the damage dealt. No stand needed.
	Space Ripper Stingy Eyes Secondary	Fire two piercing beams from your eyes for 2x320% damage. No stand needed.
	Behind You Utility	Stop time for an instant and appear behind the target. The World kicks it away for 500% damage and stuns. With no target, blink 14m ahead. Costs 15 stand meter.
	MUDA! Special	The World lands two blows for 350% damage, then a last one for 900% damage.
	Vaporization Freezing Stand Special (G)	Grab an enemy and freeze it for 200% damage. The World shatters it for 800% damage, freezing everything within 9m. Costs 15 stand meter.
	WRYYY! Ultimate (X)	Leap high and stop time for 3 seconds, then dive where you aim. The landing hits everything within 12m for 1600% damage and stuns. Costs 35 stand meter.

• New heat attack on T: on a boss, a full Road Roller cutscene with the boss in it; on anything else, DIO stops time, appears behind it and The World punches clean through it, like DIO did to Kakyoin.
• Time stop ultimate on X: a short cutscene with ASBR's own time stop camera, then a gold flash as time stops.
• Blood Drain on G: grab an enemy and drink its blood to heal and refill the stand meter.
• Alternate skills for every slot: Vampire Strikes, Space Ripper Stingy Eyes, Behind You, MUDA!, Vaporization Freezing and WRYYY!, a leap that stops time at the top and dives onto the target.
• Time Skip blinks like the Huntress: DIO vanishes in a gold flash, leaves a trail of gold afterimages and reappears at the far end.
• In the Road Roller cutscene, DIO now scales with the scene, so he is seen on top of the roller even on big bosses.
• A gold aura that flares during his big moves and in stopped time.
• Every skill, alternates included, has its own All-Star Battle R icon.
