Patches erroneous logic in the base game regarding temporary stat effects.

The TemporaryStatsPatch patched two funtions in the main game that handle how cards that give stats mid game work inorder to make them compatible with modded cards. In doing so it made some cards useless and in some casses bad for you. This patch aims to fix that problem by adding in some math to the health ajustment part of those functions. Please note that this patch has not been tested for compatibility with any other mods and is there for marked as NSFW, if something gose wrong while using this patch, try to reproduce the issue without this patch installed befor reporting the issue.
I plain on having this patch taken down if the base patch ever gets updated to fix the issue
