Age of Exploration

This mod adds a couple of Spanish ships, with fully bespoke models and customisation options. Sailwind has a notable lack of carrack and galleon style ships, and this mod aims to fix this.

Santa Maria

La Santa María de la Inmaculada Concepción or La Santa Maria, originally La Gallega, The Galician, was the largest of the three small ships sailed by Christopher Columbus in his first expedition across the Atlantic Ocean in 1492, with the backing of the Catholic Monarchs of Spain.

The carrack is located at Siren Song next to the cog, and is bought for 80 gold.

Asturias

The Asturias is based on a larger variant of spanish carracks in the late 15th century. There are very little historical plans to accurately portray what might have once existed, so large portions of the in-game model are blended from multiple sources.

The large carrack is located at Eastwind, and is bought for 180 gold.

Installation

Download the latest release, and unzip the contents into your Plugins folder. It should look like this:
