Spray Paintable Veeper (IL2CPP)
Adds paintable graffiti panels to both sides of the Veeper van (the bed section behind the door).
Features
- One large paintable panel per side of the Veeper.
- Optional front, rear, and roof panels (hood + rear doors + roof).
- Multiplayer safe: host spawns the panels, clients see and can paint them.
- Graffiti persists across saves and can be cleaned with graffiti cleaner.
- Quick rebuild hotkey: F10 (host-only) to re-place panels if needed.
- Panels only become interactable while holding spray paint or graffiti cleaner.

- Panel placement is fixed for all panels; saving config triggers a panel rebuild.
