Faster Consume

Speeds up the eating/drinking animation in Shadows of Doubt. The multiplier is
configurable via the BepInEx config file
(BepInEx/config/vibeodrone.fasterconsume.cfg, section [Consumables] SpeedMultiplier, range 1-25, default 3).
