Disguise

What It Does:

Disguise lets you turn up for your shift as somebody else. Pick any of the store's regulars at the customization lockers and that is who your coworkers see for the rest of the night.

Features:

• Wear the store's regulars: dozens of the game's own named characters, chosen from the lockers
• Hats still work: your hat is refitted to the head you are wearing, adjusted by hand for every model that offers them

How to Install:

• Use any compatible mod manager for the easiest installation.

OR

• Make sure you have BepInEx 6 IL2CPP installed.
• Download this mod and put it in your BepInEx plugins folder. (\GAME_LOCATION\Shift At Midnight\BepInEx\plugins)

Everyone needs this mod. Unlike a mod that only changes what you see, this one changes what everyone sees, so anybody without it installed just sees you as yourself. Your choice is shared through the lobby, and a player without the mod has nothing listening for it.

How to Use:

Walk up to the customization locker and interact with it as normal. You now get a menu with two choices:

• MODELS: who you turn up as
• HATS: the game's own hat locker

DEFAULT at the top of the list puts you back in your own body.

Hats:

A hat is one fixed asset built for the player's head, so it does not sit correctly on a different one without being adjusted. Every model that has been fitted carries a small hat icon beside the CHANGE button.

Models that have not been fitted yet wear no hat, and the HATS category is locked while you are wearing one. Nothing is lost by this. Your hat comes straight back the moment you return to a fitted model or to DEFAULT.

Notes:

• The first time you open the lockers each night, the menu renders a picture for every model. The mannequin cycles through them while it works, and it slows down while you are reading a list so it stays out of your way.
