This mod requires the following mods to function

BepInEx pack for Mono Unity games. Preconfigured and ready to use.
Preferred version: 5.4.2100README
Features:
- Player can no longer pick up a leashed pet unless a leash is equipped in the action bar. Free-roam pets can still be picked up normally.
- Player can interact with (aka "pet") any pet without being physically stopped in place.
