Increase gamespeed 2x 4x 6x 8x -- DELETE config after 0.10 update, it will regerenate itself on launch.

Description
Made for personal testing but decided to release since we dont have a lot of mods here as of now.
Default keybinds:
F1 - 1x speed
F2 - speed up
NOTE: Multiplayer havent been tested.

- Added missing 6x speed.
- F2 doesn't cycle to 1x speed anymore. F1 will.
- Added notification showing current gamespeed.
- Made debugging optional disabled by default (can be changed in config).
