- Nothing costs science
- Buildings are built instantly
- Unlocks the following tools in game:
- Delete anything (resources, buildings, etc) instantly
- Terrain raise/lower tool from map editor
- Resource add/remove tool from map editor
- Place Water Source, Barrier, Ramp, and Ruins
