Adds configurable spawning-rates for Mindflayer's new visual
Config
- PercentChance : 0.0-1.0, The percent chance should Mindflayer spawn as masculine. Default is 0.5 for 50/50 chance.
- Mode : Random = 0, Alternate = 1. Random: uses PercentChance value to determine visual, Alternate: alternates between masc and fem.
