CyberGrind Deathcatcher Softlock Fix
Fixes the softlock in CyberGrind in version 17C where having enough Deathcatchers in a wave prevents them from being able to open. Now, if all non-Deathcatcher/Puppet enemies in the wave are dead, all Deathcatchers will be opened.
