PickYourSpirit

Wanted a moose and got a wolf again? Equip the Spirit Caller and press middle mouse to pick who answers your next call: bear, moose, wolf, boar, or random like the unmodded game. Nothing to install on the server.

How to Use

1. Equip the Spirit Caller.
2. Press middle mouse (secondary attack button). The middle of the screen shows who's next, and the key hints show Next spirit. Keep pressing to go through them all and back to random.
3. Cast as usual.

Same Rules as the Game

You can have as many of each kind as your staff's level. Call one more and your oldest of that kind goes home. With a level 1 staff that's one of each.

Multiplayer

Only you need the mod. Your spirits are the game's own, so friends without the mod see them as usual, and their own staff stays random.

Compatibility

• Built and tested for Valheim 1.0 (Deep North), on Linux; no OS-specific code.
• Middle mouse picks spirits only while the Spirit Caller is equipped; your other weapons work as before.
• The mod's own words are in English; spirit names follow your game language.
• It only changes the Spirit Caller, so it shouldn't clash with other mods, except ones that also change what the staff summons.

Uninstalling

Nothing is saved, so just remove it.
