Makes ballista automatically reload with missiles in nearby chests
Can be configured with the same sort of options for what containers and what range it can take from as Craft Build Smelt Cook Fuel Pull From Containers The reload threshold and whether or not the ballista is allowed to pull a different kind of ammo if it's empty can also be configured.
