🚽 The Bladder Mechanic (ARK-Style!)

How it works:
- 📊 Bladder meter on the right side of screen (pulses orange when urgent!)
- 💪 Hold P to pee - stream gets STRONGER the fuller your bladder
- 🍇 Pee on berry bushes for instant regrowth!
- 💦 Pee on friends to apply Wet status
- 😅 Forced pee if you wait too long (embarrassing messages!)
- 💧 Dribble mode - even at 0% bladder, holding P still works

- Fast Honey Production - Beehives produce honey faster
Smelters & Fireplaces
- Auto-Feed Smelters - Pull ore/fuel from nearby chests
- Auto-Feed Fireplaces - Pull fuel from nearby chests
Stamina
- Infinite Building Stamina - No cost with hammer
- Infinite Farming Stamina - No cost with cultivator/hoe
Status Effects
- No Wet Debuff - Remove wet from rain
