Soulcatcher utility stones fix

Client-side fixes for Soulcatcher JC KG Additions to restore several gem effects.

What does this fix?

• Tick Soul Power now correctly boosts eitr regeneration.
• Blob Soul Power now correctly applies jump force.
• Dverger Blood Mage Soul Power properly adds to Blood Magic skill level

✅ Works with existing gems and socket configs
✅ Client-side for stability
Must be installed on every client in multiplayer

Requirements

This mod is a PATCH, not a standalone mod.

Installation

1. Install all required dependencies.
2. Install utility stones fix.
3. Make sure EVERY CLIENT in multiplayer has this mod installed.
4. Done.
