Advanced Backpacks
Four backpacks that lighten your inventory, add a row and carry the materials of a portal and a ship.

Stand-alone and client-side: needs nothing but BepInEx and no install on the server. Other players only need the mod to see a backpack you drop.
Not compatible with Children of the Ancient Heart. It has its own backpacks, with the same names and features, so the two overlap. Do not install both.
Works with Better Archery (since 1.0.1): the backpack's row goes above the quiver rows, so arrows and backpack items no longer mix. Note that Extra Slots switches Better Archery's quiver off by itself.
BETA: bugs may still occur. Report them on the Discord HypnoMODS server, please with
BepInEx/LogOutput.log.
Backpacks
Worn in the utility slot, one at a time. Crafted at a workbench; every recipe needs 20 Leather Scraps and 10 Deer Hide plus:

- A recipe unlocks with the workbench level. An upgrade takes the backpack below with it, and what lies inside goes over.
- Lighter rows show a faint weight icon on their empty slots.
- Portal slots (a small dock under the inventory, a button hides it): 10 Greydwarf Eye, 20 Fine Wood, 2 Surtling Core, double on Masterwork. What lies there weighs 40% less.
- Ship slots (Masterwork): materials of a Raft, Karve, Longship or the Mistlands ship. They weigh 50% less.
Installation
- BepInExPack Valheim is required.
- r2modman: find Advanced_Backpacks, Download with dependencies, Start modded. Manual: put
AdvancedBackpacks.dllintoValheim/BepInEx/plugins/. - Weights can be changed in
BepInEx/config/p0kahontazz.advancedbackpacks.cfg.

- Fixed: swapping an item between the portal or ship slots and an occupied inventory slot could make it disappear. A swap that does not fit is now refused.
- The backpack you wore when you logged out is put back on after logging in.

- Fixed: with Better Archery the backpack's row was laid over the quiver row and items of the two got mixed up or lost. The backpack's row now goes above Better Archery's rows; they move down while a backpack is worn and back up when it comes off.
- On death the backpack packs its row away before Better Archery puts the quiver into its own tombstone.
- With the portal and ship slots open, Better Archery's quiver stays in its usual place under the inventory.
- Workbench levels of the recipes are now 3 / 4 / 4 / 5 (there is no level 6 workbench).
