Plugin DirectPlay
Skip the repetitive menu flow and resume your last Valheim session automatically.
This behavior is enabled by default and can be disabled by launching the game
with --directplay false.
The mod remembers whether you last played locally or joined a server, selects the remembered character, and reconnects when the required world or recent server is still available.
Important
- It never stores or enters server passwords.
- Missing characters, worlds, or recent servers safely return you to the menu.
- This is most useful for shortcuts, launch scripts, and dedicated gaming PCs.
