ToolLockWhenSeen
Prevents certain build tools from being used while the player is fully seen (big eye).
By default, only the hammer is restricted.

Each tool can be enabled or disabled separately.

Each tool has:
Enabled– turns the restriction on or offBlockedMessage– message shown when use is blocked
