Georgian Armor Set — Mountain Guardian
A Georgian battlemage armor set for Valheim: the traditional Chokha coat with silver gazyr cartridges, a fur Papakha hat, Warrior's Trousers with boots and knee plates, and a shaggy Nabadi felt cape. Built for hybrid melee/magic play in late Mistlands, with upgrades through Ashlands and the Deep North.
- Two Chokha colors: burgundy and black, with identical stats
- Separate male and female fits, selected automatically
- The Nabadi uses Valheim's own cloth physics and reacts to wind and movement
- Custom models, textures and inventory icons for every piece
- Set bonus Oath of the Mountains: melee hits restore eitr

Crafting
Craft at the Galdr table level 1. Upgrade the same item up to quality 4 at Galdr table levels 2, 3 and 4. Recipes are discovered once you have the initial ingredients. Every quality can be repaired at Galdr table level 1 without materials.
| Piece | Quality 1 materials |
|---|---|
| Papakha | 8 wolf pelts, 10 linen thread, 10 refined eitr, 4 carapace |
| Black Chokha | 25 linen thread, 20 refined eitr, 12 carapace, 6 scale hides |
| Burgundy Chokha | Same as black, plus 5 red jute |
| Warrior's Trousers | 15 linen thread, 10 refined eitr, 8 carapace, 4 scale hides |
| Nabadi | 8 lox pelts, 6 wolf pelts, 10 linen thread, 5 refined eitr |
Red jute is only needed for the first burgundy craft; upgrades cost the same for both colors.
Stats
| Quality | Head / chest / legs armor (each) | Nabadi armor | Full outfit armor | Combined eitr regeneration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 24 | 4 | 76 | +60% |
| 2 | 26 | 5 | 83 | +60% |
| 3 | 32 | 8 | 104 | +75% |
| 4 | 38 | 12 | 126 | +90% |
- Chokha and trousers each have a 2% movement penalty. The full outfit weighs 15.
- Head, chest and legs durability: 1000 / 1200 / 1400 / 1600. Nabadi: 1200 / 1250 / 1300 / 1350.
- The Nabadi gives frost resistance and reduces block stamina cost by 10%, with no fire weakness.
- The set adds no maximum health, stamina or eitr; those still come from food.
Set bonus — Oath of the Mountains
Wear the Papakha, either Chokha and the Warrior's Trousers. Mixed qualities work, and the Nabadi is optional, so you can wear another cape.
A direct melee hit that damages a hostile creature restores up to 5 eitr, once per attack, with a shared 4-second cooldown. Spells, ranged attacks, damage over time, allies, tamed creatures and players do not trigger it. The refund cannot exceed your food-provided maximum eitr.
Installation
Mod manager (recommended): install with r2modman or the Thunderstore Mod Manager. BepInEx and Jotunn are installed automatically.
Manual: install BepInExPack Valheim and Jotunn, then copy the plugins/GeorgianArmorSet folder into BepInEx/plugins. Keep the Assets folder next to GeorgianArmorSet.dll.
Multiplayer: the server and every player must have the mod, at the same version. Jotunn enforces this.
Upgrading from the private GeorgianArmorTest build: delete the old BepInEx/plugins/GeorgianArmorTest folder first. The plugin GUID and item IDs are unchanged, so existing items keep working.
Compatibility
Built for Valheim 1.0.16 with BepInEx 5.4 and Jotunn 2.30.2. Tested in multiplayer and on Linux dedicated servers. Items and equipped models include LOD groups, so performance mods that generate automatic LODs (such as Valheim Performance Overhaul) leave them alone.
With developer commands enabled, spawn SGC_Papakha 1 1 p puts a quality 1 Papakha straight into your inventory. Swap in any prefab ID or quality.
Known limitations
- English only.
- Removing the mod deletes these items from saved characters and worlds. Unequip and store them, or back up your saves, before uninstalling.
